Terms of Service

1. The service

Café Griffin is an online AI home-café and brunch planning studio. It provides digital plans, styled visuals, ambiance reels and Café Card exports. It does not sell, prepare, deliver or broker any food, drink, ingredients or physical goods.

2. Eligibility

The service is not for children under 13. Users aged 13–17 must have parent or guardian consent. Any content relating to adult beverages is restricted to users aged 18 or over; the Studio prioritises coffee, tea and non-alcoholic mocktails.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Plans are billed in USD through Stripe on a monthly or yearly basis. Each plan includes a monthly session allowance that does not roll over. There are no credit packs and no stored monetary balance. Your statement shows the descriptor CAFE GRIFFIN.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel anytime through the Stripe Customer Portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Food safety and allergens

All recipes, quantities, menus, plating and brewing parameters are creative suggestions only.

You are responsible for checking ingredients, allergens, food hygiene, storage, heating temperatures and suitability for you and your guests. Nothing here is nutritional, medical or allergy diagnosis or advice.

6. Caffeine and wellbeing

Caffeine tolerance varies. Pregnant, nursing or sensitive individuals should consult a professional. We make no health claims.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Studio lawfully and as described in our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

8. Intellectual property and your content

We grant you a licence to use generated outputs as set out in the Content License. You retain ownership of files you upload and grant us a limited licence to process them to deliver the service.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to your mandatory local consumer rights.
