Refund & Cancellation Policy

Café Griffin is a digital subscription. This policy explains cancellations, renewals and when refunds apply. All amounts are in USD.

1. Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from the Stripe Customer Portal or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and your session allowance remains usable until then.

2. Renewals

Monthly plans renew monthly and yearly plans renew yearly, in USD, until cancelled. We send a receipt for each charge.

3. Session allowance

Each plan includes a monthly session allowance that does not roll over. Unused sessions expire at the end of the month and are not refundable, because they represent service capacity rather than a stored balance.

4. Refunds

As the service delivers digital outputs immediately, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. We will provide a refund or credit where required by your local consumer law, or where a technical fault prevented you from using the service and we could not resolve it.

5. Not happy with an output

If a generated plan or visual does not meet your brief, contact us and we will prioritise re-generating it. Re-generation is the primary remedy for output quality within an active subscription.

6. Duplicate or unauthorised charges

If you see a duplicate or unauthorised charge, contact us within 60 days and we will investigate and refund verified errors.

7. How to request

Email support@griffree.shop with your account email and the charge date. We respond within two business days.
