Acceptable Use Policy

1. Permitted use

Use the Studio to plan home café mornings and gatherings, and to generate plans, visuals and reels for your personal or business hospitality content.

2. You must not

When using the Studio you must not:

• Upload content you do not have the rights to use.
• Attempt to generate third-party brands, logos, trademarks, copyrighted characters, real people's likenesses, or team, film, game or platform identities.
• Create content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexual involving minors, or that promotes self-harm.
• Present AI-generated recipes or plans as professional food-safety, nutritional, medical or allergy advice.
• Encourage underage or excessive alcohol consumption; adult-beverage content is 18+ and educational, with non-alcoholic options prioritised.
• Resell, scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the service, or bypass usage limits.

3. Content responsibility

You are responsible for how you use generated outputs, including checking ingredients, allergens and food safety before cooking or serving.

4. Enforcement

We may remove content, limit features or suspend accounts that breach this policy. Serious or repeated breaches may end your subscription without refund of the current period where permitted by law.
