This Content License explains who owns what when you use Café Griffin: your uploads, and the plans, visuals and reels the Studio generates for you.
1. Your uploads
You keep ownership of any counter, tableware or finished-dish photos and other files you upload. You grant us a limited, revocable licence to store and process them solely to generate and re-generate your outputs. Uploaded reference files are cleared from active storage after up to 30 days.
2. Generated outputs
Subject to your subscription being in good standing, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use the plans, visuals, reels and Café Card exports the Studio generates for you, including for personal and commercial hospitality content.
3. Limits on outputs
You may not use outputs to imply endorsement by third-party brands, or to recreate protected brands, logos, characters or real individuals. Outputs must not be presented as professional food-safety, nutritional or medical guidance.
4. Our materials
The Café Griffin name, site design, curated library imagery and software remain our property or that of our licensors. You may not copy or resell them except as part of your generated outputs.
5. Feedback
If you send suggestions, we may use them to improve the service without obligation to you.
